This document is being written

The agreement between you and Jobyzer — what the service does, what you can expect of it, what it expects of you, and how either side ends it.

A lawyer is drafting it. Nothing is published here until they have, because a placeholder that reads like a policy is worse than one that says it is not.

Why this page already exists

This URL is fetched by Apple and Google during app review, and a 404 is a rejection. It resolves, and it says plainly that the document is not written yet, rather than showing an error.

These paths are a permanent public contract. They are hardcoded in shipped mobile binaries, which cannot be updated retroactively, so they may be redirected forever but never removed and never repurposed:

  • /legal/privacy and /legal/terms — unprefixed, 301 to the English document. That mapping never changes.
  • /{locale}/legal/{document} — the canonical shape. A locale with no published translation falls back to English with a 302, never a 301: a permanent redirect is cached effectively forever, and publishing the translation later would not reach anyone who had already been sent to English.
  • Every non-English document renders the governing-language notice from its own frontmatter, so it cannot be forgotten by a translator.
